We believe in a happy, stimulating and safe environment, with an exciting topic-based curriculum so that all the children and adults enjoy their learning.
Welcome and thank you for your interest in our village school.
We are a smaller than average primary school and part of the Bedfordshire Schools Trust (BEST), a vibrant learning community, and benefit from both support and services.
We work in close partnership with our Parents, Governors and the local community.
Class sizes are small and we offer a well-designed curriculum which is exciting and enriches pupil’s lives through engaging activities.
Our school is values based and this contributes to effectively developing pupils’ strong spiritual, social, and cultural growth. We encourage a growth mind set amongst staff and children which has created a culture of co-operation and the desire to always improve.
“Pupils like school and attend regularly. They are confident and happy. Pupils behave very well in lessons and around the school. They feel safe and are well cared for.” Ofsted 2017
“Pupils who have special educational needs and/ or disabilities achieve well because the challenges they face are quickly identified, appropriate support is provided, and checks on their achievement are thorough and accurate.” Ofsted 2017
If you are considering sending your child to our school, we would love to meet you and show you around. Please contact Mrs Howley in the School Office.
