We believe that Educational visits are often one of the most memorable aspects of a child’s education. At Langford Village Academy children will have at least three such visits or visitors each academic year- this is often one each term.
In recent years, some of our children have visited the Zoo, gone on a residential to Caythorpe, attended a Faith Tour and participated in an Archaeological Dig at a Quarry!
The school’s policy for visits is that no charge may be made for any activity which may take place in school time. However, parents may be invited to make voluntary contributions towards aspects of the school’s work such as technology materials, swimming or educational visits, in order to extend the curriculum.
Parental permission is sought for all visits.
